Since 2009, AuditSafe is accredited in the Information Technology Nacional Institute (ITI), in Brasília/DF, to make operational audits and accrediting audits (pre-operational) in a Certifying Authority (AC), Time Stamp Authority (ACT), Register Authority (AR) or Support Services Render (PSS).
AuditSafe has a high degree of maturity in its own process and methodology for Audits in the ambit of ICP-Brazil and based in risks, highlighting the certification in the Information Safety ISO 27001 standard and the process and methodology approval by the ITI, which assure a bigger quality.
The WebTrust program and “stamp” has been created with the aim to supply to the final consumers the guarantee of trustful online services, and it is already a strong tendency that it is demanded in the Certification Authorities by the regulating authority of ICP-Brazil, in this case, the Information Technology Nacional Institute (ITI).
How the AuditSafe ARs Audit Process works
Step 1: Access to the Platform
After the audit services contracting (Operational or Accrediting), the responsible by the Register Authority (AR) or by the audit will have its cadaster inputted in our platform and will receive an access user and password.
Step 2: Information sending by the AR
When accessing the system, the responsible by the AR or by the audit will answer a questionnaire and will attach it in the TeamAudit platform the respective evidences that have been asked.
Step 3: Information Analysis by the Auditor and Audit Finish
The information filled by the AR in the questionnaire and the respective evidences will be analyzed by the AuditSafe Auditor, that:
- Will book a conference with the responsible by the AR or by the audit to validate and corroborate the information.
- Will issue the AR Audit report, Operational or Accrediting, with the respective works finish.
